Let’s get started! ## Ingredients - 2 Cod fillets - 1/4 cup white wine - 2 tablespoons butter - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme - Salt and pepper, to taste - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley ## Preparation ### Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray. ### Step 2: Season Cod Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper and place in the prepared baking dish. ### Step 3: Prepare Sauce In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
