Let's get started! ## Recipe and Instruction ### Ingredients - 3 cups corn kernels, fresh or frozen - 1 red bell pepper, diced - 1 jalapeno pepper, diced - 1/2 cup diced red onion - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 teaspoon ground cumin - 1 teaspoon chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika - 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - Salt and pepper, to taste ### Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a large bowl, combine the corn, bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika. 3.
