  2. 2 cups diced celery
  3. 1 1/2 cups diced onion

Instructions for Pork Crown Roast Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté celery and onion until tender, about 5 minutes. Add poultry seasoning, sage, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, apple, and cranberries. Mix until stuffing is evenly moistened.
  4. Fill the center of the pork crown roast with the stuffing mixture. Place the stuffed pork roast on a rack in a roasting pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the stuffing registers 165°F.
